Carlisle Barracks Letter

A letter to the Commission of Indian Affairs from Superintendent R.H. Pratt. The letter is in response to a previous letter in regards to a young boy named Jesse Paul. They notify them of his invoiced name, Kum-ol-not, and his other claimed name, Ka-Kun-nee, as well as his father’s name, Seven Days Whipping.
