Description: 

Two unidentified tribal members of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation dressed in there regalia ready to parade during the 4th of July at the July grounds in Mission Oregon. The man on the left has a stove pipe bonnet, and the man on the right has eagle staff that is common for the CTUIR tribal members. They are both riding a Cayuse horses that the CTUIR has had since 1730's.
